Love this space! Perfect Speakeasy with a wonderful vibe and drinks. Sam made an amazing espresso martini and suggested a wonderful whiskey for the hubby. You don’t want to miss out on this place.

Fun ideas. First You need to find the red light on the lower level of The Foundry. We needed to wait at the electrical panel for the hostess secret peep hole to gain entrance. EXTENSIVE drink list. Pricey but worth it for a novel experience. Our drink order was delayed and the waiter was very apologetic and comped us shortbread sandwich cookies and truffles. They were both excellent.

Felt like I was in a speakeasy in the city. (NY) Has everything you could want from a speakeasy or cocktail lounge. Service was great, drinks were innovative and flavorful. Same for the small bite options they offered. Extremely satisfied with this place, would def come back and recommend to anyone wanting to enjoy a good time and with good cocktails Also FYI no phone, even better!

5 star experience! We travel often and have been to several speakeasy. None of the Above was classy well decorated and upscale. The space is really cool to get to from the entrance to the restaurant door. The area looks to seat 60-70 people max. Loved the close intimate setting. The music is low enough to carry conversation but yu can still hear it for the vibes. We went for a day date at 5pm on a Friday and were able to easily get seated at the bar. The bar tenders are very knowledgeable and fast with their service! Drinks were TOP NOTCH. Probably the best in St Louis. This is a new establishment and I fully expect for it to become popular. Prices were great. Similar locations in New York or Atlanta charge easily 8-10 more for drinks and food. I'd definitely return.

You’d never know it but tucked under the City Foundry, NOTA (None of the Above) is an elegant speakeasy. Don’t miss it. It’s marked by a red light. The space is sleek and sophisticated, with a dark, mysterious vibe. Cocktails here are top-tier, with thoughtful combinations of flavors that feel intentional and elevated. Thank you for a whistle pig old fashioned. Whether you’re into something classic or adventurous, there’s a drink for you.

We enjoyed our cocktail hour at NOTA. The drinks were superb, great ambiance, and friendly staff. Our waiter took a few extra minutes to get over to the table, but apologized and brought complimentary (off menu) cookies for us to try. We were thrilled with the experience, glad we made time to visit, and can’t wait to return.
